The personal banker Demetrius Mann is the type of person who you have to be attractive, have money or status for him to speak to you and he is an average man himself that rides the bus and carries a book bag with him. I would frequent the branch often. When I walk in Demetrius Mann would ignore me and act like he doesn’t see me because I trigger him. When he found out I’m a business owner than decided to speak and acknowledge me. But it’s too so now I match the energy. I don’t speak to him as well. This man works for the public he should treat everyone with respect but he doesn’t.

Very long wait in line to see a teller. One teller was training another teller. When I finally stepped up to do my transaction, I was told I couldn’t get the quarters I needed to do my laundry. I wouldn’t visit this branch again. It seems to be very understaffed. I think PNC has taken a plunge in customer service overall.
