The branch manager Susan was a Angel sent from the heavens not only that but everyone else was super nice to my I open a account with Matt and it was so easy he explained everything in full detail to me.

If I could leave a negative star review I would. The services provided were not helpful nor efficient and was a waste of my time. To think i would be able to build a relationship with a bank that has me covered was just an outlandish thought.

Terrible terrible service. The manager needs to step in and do some quality control at this branch. The tellers need to be trained on efficiency and etiquette. Waited in line for 30 minutes to find that there has been an extra fee added for cashiers check. I told the teller that I would just get the cash and get a money order cheaper next door at Marc’s. She then had the nerve to ask if I wanted to go to the ATM?! Why would I do that after waiting 30 minutes in line. The tellers are slow as molasses. Training needs to be implemented on how to provide better customer service. I am considering changing my money to a different bank after the progressive decline at this branch.
