- BLBill LawlerJun 15, 20261.0Have been at home sick and needed to put cash into my account, sent my partner there to help and they would not accept cash, but yet they would a check. Then when I called could not give me a reason why they have this new rule. Ridiculous.....said he would have to have a account there to do so. He has his own account at Huntington Bank. Believe that is were my new account will be.

There was 1 car in the parking lot and I was the only car in the drive through, just to cash a check. It seemed like it took an eternity just for that. I have had this same experience now for I know atleast my last 6 visits to this location. I don't know if they have downsized, or changed procedures but something is not the same with PNC banks. My experience at the Englewood branch has been great. You get the smiles, and feel welcomed. I get weird vibes.
