I have banked with PNC 50+ years and had no trouble until recently. They debited $2572 for a $250 check and it took me 4 people and 2 branches and 5 days to get it fixed. The service has definitely declined.

Worst bank ever I only opened due to a check I have gotten and had problems since with getting money taken and unknown transactions and when I despututed things sent proof of things they turned around took the money back again and made my account negative and refuse to close my account and I've been asking for months to get it closed

This location on Lyons rd is awesome. They print cards there so you don’t have to wait for it in the mail. I had an appointment with Ty. He went above and beyond! Very helpful, I could not thank him enough. He is definitely a keeper.
