I had an account for years here and during Covid I had multiple packages come up missing (stolen) or that was just never received and I had to file disputes for and they thought I was lying about it I’m sure with how they treated me and they took my checking and said I could never reopen it ! I’m sure no other member experienced that! I also asked around so for me they were very discriminating! The way I wa talked to as well! I ended up opening my account and was denied the opportunity to do so. I’ll be filing a complaint with the BBB and Attorney General
