  Ms. Angie is an absolute 💎 She was incredibly patient with me and took her time with detail when explaining the process with me. I would love to be contacted by management to truly share how wonderful she was to me! Women like her in upper management are SO Needed ❣️

  Tellers are extremely defensive and rude. On managert, Alex Smith, is very nice. Other managers are arrogant jerks.

  About a month after opening an account I had still not received my checks so I called to see what was going on. After explaining my problem to the person who answered the phone she said she would look in to in and would have to put me on hold for a "bit". I sat on hold for 30 min until someone else picked up the phone, realized they had meant to talk to someone else on hold and put me back on hold. after another 15 min someone else picked up the phone. I again explained the problem they said they would put me on hold and look in to it. They forgot to press the hold button and I could hear two employees mocking me and talking about hanging up on me...then I was disconnected. When I called back the person who opened my account answered the phone. She was very helpful when I opened the account, fixed the problem with my checks within 2 min and apologize for the other employees. You are better off keeping your money somewhere else, Many of the employees of this branch are clearly extremely rude and incompetent.
