- VGVeronica GilderAug 29, 20263.0The past few weeks the bank has closed for renovations and needless to say it's been a hassle the long waits in the heat plus the branch still staff is so rude with the exception of two people, the young banker, Melissa is absolutely sweet and the big security guy Marcel or Marcus something like that laugh out loud he's always so sweet and has a smile on his face he even helped my 89 year old mother to and from our car hope y'all keep him and get more like him
