This bank charges a $4 surcharge. That’s the highest rate I’ve ever seen. Also changed the amounts you can withdraw. You used to be able to withdraw 1s, 5s, 10s, 20s

I came here and I was a little crunched on time. I walked in 12:58. And a teller that was working the left side box. Informed me that they we’re closed. I know i there was only two minutes left but there’s a way to say something to somebody. And I think the hours should be honored, even if you walk in at exactly 1 o’clock, or at least close the door on time. That way people are not Confused

The customer service in the bank have always been very nice to me. I've had several eye surgeries in struggle sometimes they're always helpful and the officers in the bank have always assisted me with anything I needed. I've utilized several banks over the years but PNC is by far the best in my opinion.
