  I had a good experience with Libertas in connection with a 1031 Exchange. I utilized their service to place 1031 Exchange monies in DSTs. Their business model is very good in comparison to companies that do not act as fiduciary advisers. If you have a need for DSTs connected to a 1031 exchange, I recommend Libertas.

  We have trusted Adam Koos and Libertas Wealth Management Group with our investment portfolio since 2011. We have always found Adam and his team to be friendly, available, knowledgeable, trustworthy, and always on top of the financial markets. We generally meet in person at least annually for a thorough review of our financial situation to make sure changes are made if necessary. Adam provides regular market updates by email and videos that go deep into the markets. Libertas provides us with peace of mind knowing a professional is watching over our investment portfolio and knowing we are on the right track to live out our lives comfortably.

  I have been a client for over 25 yrs. with Adam Koos. He started assistng me with my financial planning from the time my children were in preschool, through college, graduations, my divorce, and soon within the next 5 years, my retirement. I am a grandmother now, proudly. He has started giving advice to, not only me, but my children as adults and now teaching me how to save for my grandson. He has kept me on track over the years being prepared for retirement even when I was not ready to be prepared or think about retirement early in my career as a physician. I am not a "wall street" person. I hate anything pertaining to stocks, bonds, and that type of business, so I had to rely and trust Adam and his company for these 25 yrs. Annually, we meet to discuss as I like to call it, "Life & Living". I hate to admit that I am aging now, so the last months meeting, was really focused on retirement. I am proud to say that he has kept me on track with great advice, wise investments, great communication, and a realistic financial look at MY future as an individual person. He stayed focused on how I wanted to see MY financial future and expectations, but kept me grounded and realistic, as well. Most importantly, over the years, he is not aware, that Adam has help me build a network that is more valuable than the money that he help me save for retirement. Through him and his company, I have found my Real-Estate Attorney, Tax Attorney, CPA, Real-Estate Agent, Insurance Agent, Estate Planning, and a wealth of other professionals over the years. The support from these professionals and friends, and especially Adam Koos from Libertas Wealth Management Group who started it all over 25 years ago, IS PRICELESS. Thank You, Adam.

  Adam, Kim, and Gina are Top Notch. They are very thorough and ensure that you always have everything you need and then some. They truly care about each and every client they represent and go the extra mile to make sure you are clear and comfortable with your investment portfolio. They are always available and very quick to respond to any questions you may have.

  My wife and I joined Libertas right before the financial turmoil of the past couple of years and I can say that the group of Adam, Kim, and Gina have always been very straight forward with providing options for our financial future. They are always open to running new scenario models for my wife and I as our careers and future goals change from year to year. Moreover, they are very welcoming with questions and concerns. I, like most other people, was very apprehensive about choosing a financial advisor, but Adam and his team have provided our family with a lot of good insight and sense of future stability. Overall, I am very happy with our decision to trust Libertas to manage our financial future over the past couple of years. Adam and his team really focus on a personal client relationship and are very knowledgeable with current market trends. With that being said, if you are big on micromanaging your assets this may not be the best fit for you. My only negative critique would have to be the scheduling. While Adam and his team are great at communication, we probably only talk to them a couple of times per year. Personally, I am okay with this because they are always available when I do have questions. However, if you are big into constant feedback this may not be the place for you. It was very easy to set up an in-person interview and get the pre-onboarding started and I would highly recommend Libertas to anyone looking to secure their financial future.
