We opened a CD and checking account there for my teenage son to learn early financial literacy skills, and Don's approach is very inclusive and informative. He doesn't talk down to my son like many places tend to do to younger patrons. It's always an enjoyable, friendly experience. Communication is always prompt and thorough, too. Highly recommend.
