- LJLarita JohnsonJun 9, 20261.0I called this bank to see if they do notary they do but to customers only and if you are not a customer They will not notarize your paperwork at all, but they will notarize your paperwork if you are a PNC customer only so good luck with this bank trying to get your important documents notarized. They need to take this off of the Internet for false advertisement and just say that they only notarize PNC customers only.

The hold was removed same day because of her effort. Excellent customer service and I am very proud to be a PNC member because of her! She went above and beyond with making me feel comfortable with this process because it took a while. Great conversation & overall great human being. 10/10 would recommend.

Could have been respectful and I'd have kept my business here. Should have paid attention to the other reviews and I'd have known the type of business I'm dealing with. The woman who helped me open my account was wonderful, since everyone was anything but.
