  Out of all the bank branches I’ve had the opportunity to visit, this one is by far the best. Every banker is bilingual, which makes a huge difference and creates a very welcoming environment for everyone. The customer service here is outstanding. During my visit, I was able to observe how each team member treated people with genuine kindness and respect. They weren’t just doing their job—they were truly connecting with customers on a human level. What stood out the most was the positive atmosphere. You could see smiles, patience, and professionalism in every interaction. Honestly, it made me a little jealous—in a good way—because I would love to work in such a supportive and uplifting environment like the one they’ve created. Highly recommend this branch!

  Nick Gall is literally the Best manager and Antonio Nieves as well as Yersi Dotel, Korola and John Medina is the best bankers in Ohio!
