- RTRich ThoroughJul 2, 20262.0This is the old saying that you don't get noticed until you do something wrong coming full throttle. Had the occasion to visit this branch as I am fond of PNC as one of my primary banking institutions. I've never had an internal desire to pen a review about my experience in a bank. Because, well a routine bank visit shouldn't be very memorable. Until it is. There was a female loan agent near the back cubicles engaging in wild and reprehensible conduct and conversation with two males. One was security. The other wasn't yet in uniform and needed to go change. It was despicable. Every foul utterance and foolish thing said was audible at 15 to 20 feet away. This is a place of business where people entrust you with their finances. Decorum is required.Control yourself and have some dignity. It amazes me that people take no pride in the quality of the product they present anymore. It gets 2 stars because every other visit was pleasant.
