  Not even a customer and was addressed with such rudeness and unwillingness from the AM staff on a Monday morning all the while preforming them a service!! Such a nasty experience I wouldn’t recommend anybody deal with that unprofessionalism from a considered top rating!!!

  Incompetent. Went to close the account. The PNC branch in Louisville failed to close the account after my sister’s request when withdrawing the remaining balance from our joint account. The account then incurred a service fee. So, when I went into close the account at the Kenwood location, they said I had to pay $14.98 to bring the balance to zero. The branch manager eventually took the service fee off, but I was told by one of the bankers that I had to speak with her the next day to confirm over the phone that she could close my account as the manager‘s transaction had to process overnight. When she called me the next morning, she said she could not close the account because there was now a $.02 positive balance. She said I had to come in and get a cashiers check for two cents. She said it would only take a couple of minutes. It took 30 minutes for her and at least two other people to get this simple process completed. I watched from her office as she went back-and-forth from the teller’s counter to other banker’s offices, then back again behind the teller’s and then stood there talking to two other people. I finally got up out of her office and went over and said this two minute process has now taken 30 minutes. What is the problem? They then handed me my IDs and my two cents. I will never go back to any PNC or recommend them.

  PNC is a absolutely great bank. There employees go beyond to try to help you and get your need accomplished. I definitely give a shout out to Chastity and Heather. I have dealt with both of them and they were fantastic. You can have a spend , reserve, and growth account and I pay a $7 a month fee. That's it.

  I stop at this PNC branch once a month and the bank tellers are very helpful and pleasant to talk to and there's also a ATM machine on the inside and a drive-thru on the outside.
