  Terrible experience . Came in for online banking help. Sat there for 45 minutes & left with the same problem I came in with . I asked if someone else in the office can help he said no then Gave me a customer service number too call . 0 outa 5 stars.

  I would prefer to give my experience at the Sharonville PNC less than 1 star if that option was available. I stopped at this location on my way to an appointment. I wanted to deposit an insurance check from a very well known company and bank. The teller had me waiting at the window for a ridiculous amount of time which caused me to be late for my appointment and she waited on other customers who came after me. I was told that I could not deposit the check into my account unless I came inside the bank, presented my photo I D. again, and wrote my name on a separate piece of paper to verify my signature and identity. It was clear that I was being racially profiled and also treated as if the check was fraudulent. I asked for the name of the teller. Within 15 minutes after I left the bank, I received a call from someone saying she was the manager at the bank and she tried to make excuses for what occurred. There was not anything she could say to me to justify the behavior and the manner in which I was treated!!!

  The manager at this branch is by far the best manager PNC or any banks that I had encountered. She gets things done with just one phone call from me vs the other PNC locations that I called for the last 2 months. She’s a real asset to PMC and should be promoted!!

  I honestly had a delightful visit. I came in because a few problems came up with my account, and everyone was really helpful with getting them sorted out. I didn't have to wait in line, and I was in-and-out in half an hour. Thanks!
