I made 4 phone calls and 3 visits to the branch regarding an increase to our credit card limit. My phone calls were not returned and the best response I received when I visited in person was "we haven't forgotten about you". This continued over a period of 2 months! I contacted the Pittsburgh main office to lodge a complaint, but we are interviewing other area banks and will move our 3 accounts as soon as possible.
