I want to say thank you to Jackson for the last few times he has had to help me and navigate through switching accounts and all that comes with that. Over the top service from Jackson. Thank you for all your help, you're truly appreciated!!! I did try to leave another review as I came up on my lunch break and dealt with Maddie and Robert. Two very helpful employees you have. Above the top service from your branch. Thank you so much for helping me!!! YOU GUYS ROCK!!! Pat on the back to all three of your employees!!! Keep up the great job you guys are the reason I wont switch banks!!
- JKjoe krimmerAug 30, 20262.0The bright spot in this location have been Robert Rau and Maddie. They go above and beyond to be helpful. Aside from that, im disgusted with the organization in general. DO NOT do your investment banking with PNC unless you want to fight for 3 weeks to get funds distributed from your IRA. PNC must think it's their job to second guess your directives and hang onto your money until they can extract their next month or quarter management fees. Its not their money, it's yours. I've had to fight and jump through hoops for over 3 weeks to accomplish what normally takes 72 hours with my other investment group. Really disgusted with this.
