  I gotta say this is one of the most helpful banks that I have been to in a very long time since I was a young man. They definitely have the helpful attitude to get it done spirit and are very knowledgeable on what steps to take when setting up personal accounts and business accounts. I struggled with knowing what I needed and April and her team of very helpful bankers worked like a Surgical team on what I needed. They are awesome and I am thankful for how they have treated me and my business. A+ and a Foce Star for sure!

  I stopped in (without an appointment) and the nicest lady, Sheila, helped me. This is the second time she has helped me. She is so nice and kind! I would have waited an hour to talk to her but she helped me between appointments. She is the best!!

  I'm going to echo everyone else here. I've been a customer for 17 year and my parents were customers before me. I needed a check because I ran out of them and have them on the way. I walked in and the standard procedure is to walk to the counter hand them your card and tell them you need a check. I was helped by an older gentleman. He asked for my ID (I've done this at least 10 times before at 5 different branches never been asked for my ID) gave him my ID and he stares at it for a while. Then he says you know the address we have on file is for a different location than what your ID says (which isn't true) so I told him my mother was on my account also that's why there was a second address in another state. He gave me a very distrusting look and reluctantly gave me my check and said "you know, if you don't use that check write in big letters void all over it", thanks, I know how to use checks. Here's the kicker, I was charged a $1.50 counter check fee that, again, I've never had any time I've ever done this process. Ridiculous, go to eastgate.
