Never knew 1 teller could do the job of 3 managers.. there isn’t a teller here so no real proof. Waste of time.

No people work here its an automated system. The branch managers dont seem to be present or locked in their offices. There was a line waiting of people waiting for a notary service and the male manager could not be concerned what so ever. Several people left and said they'd close their accounts after that. PNC is definitely going in the wrong direction with having no one working on the floor to handle business.

Nothing special. Their ATM has no cash to withdraw from half the time. Their interest rates are non existent. The Chase that was closed on Northland was far superior. P leasing N o C ustomers
