- SWShelby WardMay 11, 20231.0If I could give a rating of zero stars I would. Went here today to cash my husband’s paycheck. The teller was not very friendly to begin with. She told me that in order to deposit the paycheck I would have to pay 2% to get the funds available today. That’s not right! I’ve deposited my husband’s paycheck before and the funds are always available the day I deposit it. The teller then asks for help from the bank manager, I was waiting forever. The bank manager then comes out to greet me and told me exactly what the teller told me. I told her that I’ve always had the funds available the day I deposit the paycheck and she had the nerve to tell me that that’s not how that works here. She was very confrontational. I decided to go to a different PNC branch (in New Philadelphia, OH) and I was able to deposit the paycheck and have the funds available immediately. I explained to the teller at new Philly branch what happened and she was confused. She said that there should not have been a problem depositing the paycheck. The people at the Carrollton PNC are rude and they have no idea what they are doing. I will never be doing business at this branch ever again. I would like to thank the teller at the New Philadelphia Branch for helping me out and actually doing her job correctly. She knew exactly what to do and there were no issues.

Then asks I don't why you thought I could do that? Well why the hell would I pay $3.50 to use your ATM if I had an account. You are a bank. You make change.
