  If the Fraud customer service hadn't told me to go to my branch to get a new debit card made up, I wouldn't have gone to St. C. who couldn't and said I could get one at Cadiz. I drove to Cadiz and the branch there couldn't print one either. I was told that Steubenville could. When I arrived there, the tellers told me I'd have to come back the next day because card stocks are not available to tellers and the platform reps were all out .... then the VP Mortgage came out of his office and handled my request -- he wasn't supposed to be involved with branch matters. He saved my day, and that's why the rating isn't lower.

  Had the bank for many years when my father was alive. But at some point, we begining to have problems with the bank, starting with them always locking the bank cards constantly, and now, with my dad passing away, they won't let me have access to MY account , even though we show all credentials, they keep coming with different reasons and excuses on why to keep me from accessing it, such as "We need to see your card number," or "We need to see your account number," and then saying "We'll ship you new cards," only to then suddenly say 10 minutes later "We don't ship new cards anymore." Well, why bother saying you guys can ship them, just to say that you guys don't do that anymore. But, get this: When I walk into the bank and tried to access it, yet again, Without my dad's death certificate, they denied access yet again, and when I told them that one of their staff doesn't send cards out anymore, I hear yet more confusion, with them saying "This doesn't sound right..." The final straw was when me and my sister showed them my dad's death certificate, instead of finally giving me access, they decided to shut down the account altogther! And all that money... Gone! This is the LAST time I'll ever do business with them ever again! Now, I have no choice but to seek another bank and to start from scratch!

  I won't use this bank. Family member had a good sum of money at this bank for a lot of years. Was told the account was inactive and would be shut down and was advised to open a different account with some of the money. Then was charged a FEE for being below a certain balance - in an account opened only to meet their demands in the first place! Staff weren't very sympathetic or helpful. Changing banks. Sad.
