I HAVE TO CALLIN AND WAIT 10 TO 20 MINUETS TO GET ROUTED TO A REP. THEN I WAIT ANOTHER 20 TO 30 MINUTES TO SPEAK TO THE REP. I DON'T HAVE AN HOUR TO WASTE EVERY TIME I WANT TO MAKE A PAYMENT. I COMPLAINED AND WAS CALLED. WANTED ME TO CHANGE REVIEW, NOT FIX THE PROBLEM!!!! WORST BANK ON EARTH!!!

Making an appointment for a new debit bank card to sit there and wait for 15-20 minutes is ridiculous especially when it appears that they are fully staffed. Just a bunch of employees holding full blown conversation while having customers wait in the lobby is unacceptable and unprofessional it’s not just this Pnc bank either it’s others as well and quite frankly I may be switching banks very soon
