- VVVsessahJul 9, 20263.0Pnc was so much better when you could take out up to $800 dollars all at once! All the PNC atms changed to $400 dollars max PER transaction. I have to now do several transactions in one sitting which takes much longer and ends up charging me a fee each time.

The teller asked me why I came ‘all the way to Berea’ even though I live in the area, which felt unnecessary and unprofessional. She also asked personal questions about my transactions loudly enough to draw attention from others nearby, making me feel uncomfortable and singled out. Customers should be treated with privacy, respect, and professionalism regardless of where they come from.

You call, you’re on hold and they just hang up. 3 times in a row. Never answer during those holds you sit in silence. Finally the 4th time someone picks up, I’m a pnc member trying to get POA auto title docs notarized and I’m told they can do it and even more so, the notary is on standby and ready so head on up! I do just that, to show up and be told it’s a “pnc rule” to not notarize those types of documents. What??? I’ve had it done with other family members with PNC before? And why when I called did you say yes just to say no when I waste time driving here? Staff needs replaced here. Just chaos any time you visit. Busy or not. No one ever seems to know what’s going on. After many years of banking and running our home loans through pnc that will stop this year.
