  Always a welcoming and friendly environment when I come to the Beavercreek branch. Staff is always friendly and takes the time to carry a little conversation With me as a customer. Highly recommend This institution to others.

  Once I figure out what I am going to do with my auto loan to get it OUT of River Valley - I will never bank with them ever again. I woke up to my credit dropping 100 points due to “late pay” - which is funny because I changed my due date at the Beavercreek location and even double checked because I don’t trust them but at the time I got this loan, they had the best car loan rates (other stories from friends and family) I’m writing this review because I know if I go in person I 100% will get the run around or management would not follow through. Anyway, as someone who is reap and always pays on time, this is infuriating

  Lowest apr I've had to date, experienced top notch customer service from the entire company. Also Mike Lee took control of my GAP claim, offering his direct line and individual support. If youre familiar with credit unions, you understand this is unfamiliar territory for how they operate. Outstanding service and commitment to their customers. If you're applying for a loan and you hear "River Valley Credit Union".. you've hit the jackpot!

  RVCU has horrible customer service! Their website is poorly integrated and difficult to navigate. They pulled my auto loan payment three days ahead of my scheduled payment after sending me an email reminding me of the payment coming on the scheduled date. I would take my business anywhere else.
