I had spoken to one of their associates by phone, but they need other information in person to change over the accounts. I was greeted at the front desk and told to wait for their account representative. The wait was less than five minutes before we were able to verify the information I had and get the account transferred to me. The rep was very knowledgeable and quickly pulled the needed paperwork together for signatures. I would recommend this PNC branch for any of your banking needs.
