- ETElena T.Aug 26, 20191.0I recieved a $50 late fee on a late mortgage payment. The payment changed due to taxes increasing so I was under $100 short with years of on time over payments. They said they can't refund me due to making a history of late payments. When argued I have auto pay and I'm paying early they looked into it and realized I'm actually paying so early it appears I'm paying late. They still didn't wave my late fee.
