Lure you in with great interest rates then drop them by 50% within months. Took 3 months to get my name correct on my accounts. When closing my account the manager felt the need to lecture me on my reasons as if I were a 5 year old child even though I told her I didn't want her input. Steer clear of Aurora PNC

He called to follow up on the poor survey and he was also very rude and didnt not want hear what I had to say.
