  Been useing them for years, I've never had any issue's they couldn't handle or fix. Very professional staff.

  I am extremely disappointed with my experience at this PNC branch. I called ahead because I needed a new debit card printed. I explained that I was driving 30 minutes from Ravenna and asked if they could help me. I was told to "come on in," so I left immediately. After driving all that way, I arrived only to be told that the employee who prints the cards had just left for lunch even though I had specifically said on the phone that I was on my way. If they knew she was leaving, they should have told me before I made the trip.While I was waiting, I also witnessed two employees behind the desk laughing and making jokes about a customer after he walked out. That was incredibly unprofessional and disrespectful. Also as I'm sitting here waiting the ladies keep whispering back and forth staring at me.The lack of communication wasted my time, and the behavior I witnessed was unacceptable. I expected much better customer service from PNC.

  I was in the drive thru line for 22 minutes yesterday just to make a deposit. There was only one car in front of me. After waiting 20 minutes I called the branch to ask what was going on. They said it was a difficult transaction. I asked why, in cases such as these, they don't ask the customer with the difficult transaction to come inside as to not hold up the drive thru line. I was told because the customer at the drive thru might be handicap and not be able to come in and since they have no way of knowing this they can't ask them to come in. I guess they would rather anger customer that are waiting in line for over 20 minutes instead of being proactive and asking IF the customer holding up the line is ABLE to come into the lobby. This is not the first time this has happened. I would not bother banking here. Unfortunately, I manage a business account for a club who chose PNC years ago as their bank. It may be time for a change. Worst bank ever!
