Happy that there is elder sensitivity but this was not warranted. I had just completed a similar transaction at my own bank and it was a completely different. Hoping that other patrons don't have to deal with this.

She didn’t even know me personally, yet she remembered my grandmother and that small connection set the tone for everything. From there, she showed patience like no other, kindness that felt genuine, and knowledge that was clear and helpful. She laughed with us, took the time to explain everything, and before I knew it, we weren’t just handling banking needs we were enjoying the experience.
