He made things very easy, he's personable and helpful. After my very very very bad experience at the 1636 Marcus Ave New Hyde Park, Ny 11040 location i was just waiting for my CD to mature to close all my accounts. But because of Chan Singh who fixed the simple issue the other branch could not fix I'm glad to stay.. FYI customer service is very important and it's something that can make or break any business. I hope you value him...
