Ine negative is after hours remote workers whom I found to be out of state asking for too much personal information which I would not give. Just to find out if one of my checks had been processed. Car was also rude. Also, However I cannot say the same for Visa. Corrupt, had numerous problems with them. No reflection on the bank.
