- KDKevin DasMar 9, 20261.0Very poor customer service, others are allowed to skip lines because the teller knows them. When I asked if lines exist here, she said she had an appointment, I overheard the conversation, she was supposed to be there at 4, it's 1:00pm, make it make sense. Only professional working there is the male teller, always punctual and very helpful, the rest? Nope. Avoid this branch, it's a common issue with them. I now see why Flagstar is constantly closing down locations.

- MMmike mendezFeb 18, 20241.0We used their financial advisor Peter and experienced a terrible situation with him concerning outright lies concerning payments that he said he confirmed and were in the mail. He had my wife waiting by the mailbox for a check From November to February he continued to lie to us EVERY WEEK telling us the check is in the mail. We contacted AIG and they wouldn't even speak to us about our OWN MONEY. They would only speak to the financial advisor Peter. So on top on this unscrupulous financial adviser the company that he chose to invest our money would not even speak to us they wouldn't even confirm we have money there. DO NOT USE THIS FINANCIAL ADVISOR AND DO NOT INVEST ANY MONEY WITH AIG. Both these institutions along with their so called financial advisor Peter should NOT BE TRUSTED WITH YOUR MONEY. This drama this guy caused is unreal and on top of it all he did the paperwork incorrectly. I requested his supervisor several times and never got a call. I'm going after his license so he cannot do this to anyone else but posting this in the interim to let EVERYONE KNOW DO NOT USE THIS INSTITUTION OR THEIR ADVISOR PETER UNLESS YOU WANT TO HAVE YOUR MONEY TIED UP AND HAVE NO ACCESS TO IT with lots of stories and drama. IN THE TIME I WAS DEALING WITH THIS THE BANK CHANGED THE NAMES 2 TIMES . DO NOT TRUST THIS PLACE WITH YOUR MONEY...TERRRRRRIBBBLLLEEEE!!!
