Went to the front desk and apparently they don't have access to give me the change right now either. I'm at a bank and can't even get change!!! SMH I just dealt with the most unhelpful teller ever. She was telling me that I can't get a bank check for under $1,000, and that I would have to get a money order, when I know good and well that I have had bank checks made right here for under a thousand!!!

If you loose your card you can’t even report it lost because no one is there to answer your call.. you can’t even check your card balance unless you have your “member ID number” Never have I heard of this!
