- MWMyshel WimberlySep 8, 20261.0This branch on Charles Lindbergh. I am extremely disappointed and frustrated with the way this bank handled my account. My account, which has over $18,000 in available funds, was placed on a hold/lock over an issue involving $7.00. Yes—SEVEN DOLLARS. Instead of handling such a minor issue reasonably and efficiently, I was left without normal access to my own money. What made the experience even worse was my interaction with the supervisors, Treva and Allyson. I escalated the situation expecting leadership to provide clarity, common sense, and an actual solution. Instead, I walked away feeling as though my concerns were dismissed rather than resolved. Holding or restricting access to an account containing more than $18,000 over $7.00 is beyond frustrating. Regardless of what internal policy triggered the restriction, customers deserve a clear explanation, reasonable communication, and a timely path to resolution—especially when their own money is inaccessible. This experience has seriously changed the way I view this bank. When you trust a financial institution with your money, you expect security and reasonable access to your funds. Having to fight for access to thousands of dollars because of a $7 issue is unacceptable. I would strongly encourage anyone considering this bank to ask detailed questions about their account-hold and restriction policies before depositing substantial funds. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend them. $18,000+ in the account. A $7 issue. Account restricted. And supervisors Treva and Allyson were unable to provide a satisfactory resolution. That speaks for itself.
