- JZJohn ZengerAug 15, 20231.0A bit alarming actually. My daughter and I stepped over hypodermic needles in the parking lot. Not the banks fault but drug addicts do frequent Eltingville near the train station. Actually many of the stations are now hubs for drug transactions. Shop keepers need to tidy up a bit more since drugs are now legal and there are no more arrests being made.
- CBChristian BrittAug 11, 20211.0NYCB is a dishonorable bank and please never consider banking there. My mother died recently. I went to the branch in Eltingville with the paperwork designating me as the beneficiary, mom's death certificate and 2 forms of ID. They said I had to wait 30 days from the time of death because it's their "policy". Well, their policy is really bad and they are holding money which isn't theirs to hold. Please keep this in mind if you deposit your money here. Your money isn't really yours. If you are in a bind then you just might be in trouble due to lack of liquidity. I encourage all depositors to pull from here.
