- LLLettuceReviewApr 15, 20253.0I been with Richmond County Savings bank since I was 16. Then it was New York Community bank. Now Flagstar. I'm very dissapointed in the banking hours. 9-4? New York community bank was open till 8pm. I can't get any banking done. I work in the city and catch a 830 Am bus. Even in the city this bank is not easy to find. And the closest one to job is 20 mins. Please do better

- LBLenny BiancoMay 22, 20191.0Customer service is extremely horrible. They come off as if they don't want to answer any of your questions and if they do they roll there eyes. All you get is nasty attitudes and while your still in the bank they will talk trash about you as if your not even there. One person will tell you one thing and then once you bring logic into the conversation the whole story changes and they go back on what they originally told you they would do for you. If I could give 0 stars I would and I will never recommend anyone opening an account with Richmond County Savings Bank.
