- YGYanni GAug 26, 20201.0I don't know why I stay with this bank. This is the ONLY place you can review them. They have no social media presence and their tech support is comical. They've been down for OVER a week. I cant log into my account on my phone or online. I waited 55 min on hold for them to tell me to "keep trying because we upgraded our systems". This place is a joke. Their site and services are primitive if they cant even get a user ID or Password reset to be sent to a customer. I've been with them for over 20 year but I think it's time to move all of my accounts to Bethpage FCC -which i have NEVER had any issues.
