  A man by the name of Vincent who works there was quite possibly the most arrogant banker I've ever dealt with. Will be closing all of my accounts, thanks Vince!

  I needed to deposit 2 checks for a friend who was hospitalized. There were 3 tellers: one was busy with a customer, the other two ignored me. I had to wait for 10 minutes until the other customer left. By then there were more people behind me. The other two tellers still did nothing.Not going to this branch ever again.

  Terrible experience here today. My mother was taking out money because of the covid 19 situation and was told they put a lock on her account! The reason was because she was making too many withdrawals this month. She spoke to a security advisor by the name of Tom Costello Saturday and explained to him her concerns of not having any money and having to also pay and aid to help her during the week. Even though it wasn’t any of his business she gave him the courtesy of a response. So what does he do? Locked her account. My poor mom was crying cause she had flashbacks of the depression when she was younger and lived through that! How disgusting doing this to a 90 year old woman!!!!

  If you want to bank, you have to apply to be a member! It took half an hour to get there, and then they said I couldn't deposit my change.
