- PMPaul MarquardtJul 2, 20263.0Been a member with NEFCU/Jovia for 28 years. Using the RVC branch has been some what satisfactory. The one complaint I have, is not the service, it's the terrible and outdated teller system. At the drive through the equipment and technology is out dated and half functioning! Every time I use the drive through and teller windows I could hardly hear or see the teller speaking to me, the entire system is old and failing. In addition, the inside teller screens are out dated, cloudy and the audio is weak. I actually feel worse for the tellers who have to deal with it every day.
