Gross tactics and tone deaf staff.

At the time, I didn't completely understand the difference between the "best interest standard" used at this brokerage firm, and the "fiduciary standard" used by bona fide RIA's elsewhere. Over the next 5 years, my portfolio at this wirehouse consistently produced overall anemic results, but It wasn't until this broker sold me a dubious VUL insurance policy @ age 60 that I began questioning our relationship and began looking elsewhere. After exploring several other local wealth managers, a well-written AI query led me to Brighton Securities (BS) where I am extremely satisfied! Todd Alexander and Joe Del Prete displayed a highly professional demeanor at our initial meeting which was surpassed only by the elite investment results they produced thus far and by their competence in tax loss harvesting. Throughout my interactions with these two, their communication skills and bedside manner can only be described as superlative. I highly recommend any prospective investor needing professional guidance to consider BS!
