- BCBen CathersNov 19, 20241.0My father recently passed and he had a lot of assets at Flagstar. We brought in a death certificate to handle everything for my mom. Well, one of the CDs needed to be renewed - we made an appointment and all to renew it. Well, guess what... you guys LOST THE DEATH CERTIFICATE. How did you do that? This is beyond triggering for my mother, who has gone through so much, and now has to come back and do this whole process again. I watched your employees scan the certificate. You gave us all the money on the first day. How can you lose it?? This is unacceptable and I wonder what other documents you are not storing properly.
