- CWChristopher WatlerAug 22, 20265.0Stopped by the Intuit Turbo Tax Soho store today. I was wonderfully greeted by Megan and Nasean who answered my questions. The space is beautiful and welcoming. They even have snacks, coffee and water for free!! Looking forward to getting my taxes done here.
- CCCasAug 20, 20265.0I was walking down the street when I ran into some Intuit staff offering appointments for tax filing. Moronke, a tax expert on location, invited me to check out their new space on Broadway, and I was pleasantly surprised. As soon as you walk in, you're greeted by a concierge who assesses what you need and points you in the right direction. Once they figure that out, there are a few different places to wait. One is a Zen-focused area where you can collect your thoughts and decompress, and there's also a more traditional waiting area with comfortable seating. They have spaces set up for people who want to file their own taxes, but there are also experts available if you need more help. There's even a snack and beverage area for clients who are waiting to file or have their tax information reviewed. One thing I thought was especially useful is that you don't have to have filed your taxes with Intuit for them to look over your information. So if you already filed somewhere else but still have questions or want someone to review something, you can still come in and speak with someone. Overall, it's a really thoughtful setup and definitely not what I expected when I randomly stopped by.
