- JNJordyn NessJul 28, 20265.0Tim was amazing, I wasn’t expecting it to pay off by upgrading to the one on one tax specialist option on Turbo Tax, but decided to go for it anyways without expecting much. Tim spent so much time on my return and was so incredibly thorough, he saw a couple of deductions I had missed that ended up getting me a significant amount back that would have otherwise been missed. He was so professional and knowledgeable. This was a late filing for my 2025 return and we just reviewed my return via a phone call a couple of hours ago, and both my state and federal were already accepted by the IRS within two hours of filing! While I can’t speak for anyone else with the company, I can’t recommend Tim enough!! Very satisfied.

I've used TurboTax for many years and rarely leave reviews, but my experience with Tim was exceptional. Tim went above and beyond throughout the entire process. He identified an issue with one of my previous tax filings that had been overlooked and was able to help me recover additional money. He was incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to answer every question I had. He clearly explained each issue and walked me through his plan to address it. He was very patient with me as well. Filing taxes is usually a stressful experience for me, but Tim made the entire process straightforward and significantly less stressful. Because of how positive my experience was, I've already referred several friends and family members to him. I will absolutely be working with Tim again in the future and highly recommend him to anyone looking for someone who is professional and genuinely cares about helping their clients.
