We had an excellent experience with this PNC branch. We had a somewhat unusual situation involving an international transfer, and both Paul Macdonald and Robindra Mahabir went above and beyond to help us through the entire process. They were patient, professional, responsive, and took the time to make sure everything was handled correctly. We were visiting from Romania, so having people we could rely on throughout the process made a huge difference. Everything was ultimately resolved successfully, and we are genuinely grateful for the support we received. Thank you, Paul and Robindra, for all your help. Highly recommended.

Came in at 9:04 to cash a payroll check, the bank advised that they had to contact progressive insurance to verify the check. It was also stated that this process is carried out with all progressive checks. However it appeared the bank didn’t know the number or correct department to contact to get the check verified. The bank was being transferred here and there before finally getting in touch with someone and this caused me to miss my train and have to pay extra to get to work. I had to pay a fee to get the check cashed ($20) the least the bank could’ve done was waive the fee for the inconvenience.

This PNC bank customer service is garbage and they are slow definitely to old for the job falling asleep.. Would not advise anyone to go to PNC bank on Madison Ave unless you have a day to waste
