  I have been banking with PNC bank for approximately 6 years. I opened my account in Florida and is currently residing in NY for the last 2 years where I have been continuing my services at the local branches on the city. Amongst the branches I have visited, the best experience I’ve had so far is at 200 Broadway. (Over on the financial district of Wall Street) I’ve been to this branch several times and each time I had visited I am greeted very kindly and professionally by branch banker Johnathan. He always has a smile, he’s patient and I always leave the bank with everything I needed successfully handled. This branch is smaller than most because it doesn’t has tellers, but specializes as a solution center. Furthermore, with that being said, Johnathan expresses an excellent level of service to not only myself but as I witnessed to other individuals as well (speaking 2 different languages). Everytime I come to this bank Johnathan is present and ready to assist the next guest. I always come to him directly to assist me with any banking needs because I know I will be handled with care and given the highest level of service. Thank you Johnathan.

  I recently relocated to NYC for my internship and needed to get a local checking account sorted out. I visited the PNC Bank branch on Fulton St and had the absolute pleasure of working with Yesenia Jones. Her service was truly exceptional. She went completely above and beyond to help me. Yesenia was incredibly professional and took the time to provide a very detailed explanation of the entire account setup process. Moving to a new city can be overwhelming, but her thorough and kind assistance made this part of the transition completely seamless. I highly recommend asking for Yesenia if you need help at this branch! :)

  I’ve had a pretty solid experience with the PNC branch on Broadway in Manhattan. The staff was patient, professional, and actually took time to answer my questions instead of rushing me out. Opening my account and handling deposits was smoother than I expected, and they explained everything clearly. The branch is usually clean, organized, and the tellers have always been respectful whenever I’ve gone in. Definitely one of the better banking experiences I’ve had in the city.

  I am shocked this branch has a 3.2 as I would give 100 stars if I could! They treat you like family here, and I honestly feel so lucky to have found them. I have a real trust in this branch to deal with my finances, and am finally reaching financial freedom because of their expertise. It’s ironic that their motto is “banking is boring” because I genuinely have a good time here. Don’t get me wrong! They mean business! It’s just really nice they take the time to get to know the person behind the bank account. Thanks PNC FiDi branch, especially Eugen, Omar, and Jevon! :) #getyourmoneyupnotyourfunnyup
