    This was my first interaction with Flagstar Bank. I visited the Maiden Lane location and was impressed with how insightful and humorous the Assistant Manager, Joyma De La Cruz, was. We were there for a little longer than expected (due to our case) but it was still a pleasant experience and the result was smoothly done.
