Mae, the representative who helped me, was incredibly supportive and assured me that everything would go smoothly. Unfortunately, we hit a snag that required the branch manager, Eloree, to step in. She also reassured me that everything would be okay, and she was right. Despite the challenges, I had a deadline to meet, and thanks to the efforts of Mae and Eloree, everything was resolved successfully. Thank you both so much for the wonderful job you did!
