- NANicolas AriasMay 31, 20251.0I’ve had no issues with the banking services at Flagstar Bank in Massapequa everything has worked smoothly and reliably so far. However, I’ve had a consistently unpleasant experience with one of the tellers, an African-American woman at the counter. Unfortunately, she lacks basic courtesy and social skills. On multiple occasions, when I’ve greeted her politely, she hasn’t responded or said a single word throughout the interaction. It’s disappointing to feel ignored, especially in a customer-facing role where professionalism and simple manners make a big difference. I hope the branch addresses this, as the rest of the service has otherwise been positive.
