  This bank has a major security vulnerability, I would think twice before banking here. You can bypass the entrance door using any bank card just like the notorious homeless individual you see here. For multiple years we brought this loophole to the attention of the bank to add security but the company simply does not care or they will do it for 1 night and its back to the usual. The individual trespasses inside, smokes, urinates defecates and it smells awful. You cannot use the bank services because he doesn't let anyone else in and if you try he gets aggressive and has a weapon. If this bank doesn't care to have their customers safely use the facility what makes you think they care about you or your finances. Bank is well aware of the issue and is unwilling to make customers feel safe so you are basically on your own but they will gladly take your money if you want to store it here for them to use for financial products they can capitalize off.

  Incredibly bad customer service. First made me come into branch and open an account, spent an hour.. every other bank in 2026 is able to online. Screwed me out of signup bonus. Then when i tried to close account they ignored my requests, and kept sending me letters saying they were charging me for minimum balance. Then when i called them to resverse it, had to wait 40 mins on hold each time. DO NOT WORK WITH THIS BANK. It is by far the worst banking experience I have ever had.

  The customer service is terrible; the staff are always doing things other than helping customers. But if they see someone they know, they serve them quickly—they even call them over. They really need to improve this place; I’m getting fed up with this bank.

  The branch 818 its getting so pathetic with the customer service...teller are so slow ..banking quality is absolutely pathetic..NOT WORTH IT DOING BUSINESS WITH THIS BANK INSTITUTION

  I went to this branch to make a withdrawal. No pens to fill out the withdrawal slip. Walked up to the window and waited for the teller to finish whatever he was doing. Then he snapped at me; WHAT. I said I would like to make a withdrawal. He snapped at me again; I NEED YOUR ID. Then he didn't ask me how I wanted the cash. Assumed I wanted all large bills. Terrible customer service skills.
