- DCDmitry ChoklinAug 17, 20261.0Incredibly bad customer service. First made me come into branch and open an account, spent an hour.. every other bank in 2026 is able to online. Screwed me out of signup bonus. Then when i tried to close account they ignored my requests, and kept sending me letters saying they were charging me for minimum balance. Then when i called them to resverse it, had to wait 40 mins on hold each time. DO NOT WORK WITH THIS BANK. It is by far the worst banking experience I have ever had.
