- DGDe GaoOct 19, 20241.0They dont allow wire on weekend. What a joke of a bank (among other things). Update: I was at this branch 10/19/24 around 11:46am. No help. I decided to go down the block on woodhaven/Jamaica ave and they helped me with what I needed. So it was just the employee at this branch or management here.
- LPLulu PajorMay 14, 20201.0This bank lost my paper work for a CD and has denied any responsibility for their actions. Offered no apology or solution except continuing the CD under my parents name. My mother has trouble navigating bank systems because English is her second language and they are taking advantage of this by keeping the money there. Their attempt to recover my paper work was sad and lazy at best. Keep your money elsewhere.
