  After days of trying to use the customer service phone system and only prompts, I was never able to speak to someone live. This was very frustrating as I needed a check to be endorsed from Texas. There are no existing branches in Texas so difficult situation. I called a branch in NY and got the lovely Michelle from Branch #25 who was so gracious, patient and understanding. Not only did she get me the information I was needing but she took my name and number and actually called me back!!! Customer service is in Michelles DNA for sure. Thank you Flagstar for employing people like Michelle to assist the public because unfortunately your online phone system needs much to be desired. 10* rating for Michelle. Thank you!!!!!

  Very unprofessional experience at this branch. I came in to exchange bills, something I’ve done here before in the past with signature & flagstar but was met with sarcasm and laughter from Michelle and Serena when I explained the situation. Instead of helping or showing basic professionalism, Michelle told me, “I guess you won’t be doing business here anymore.” Customer service should be respectful and empathetic. She’s right, I won’t be returning to this branch again. Please avoid Michelle at all cost .

  Last night I called to find an answer to an account from 1985 , when I started the conversation I was upset not knowing what needed to be done, Flagstar aquired Wells Fargo in our area, so while I didn’t handle myself properly, the assistance I received was informative and I figured out what I needed to do . Appreciated the help

  We had an incredibly disappointing experience with David McGowan at Flagstar Financing and Leasing. His demeanor was not only unprofessional but also dismissive, giving the impression that deceiving customers was more important to him than providing real help. He mocked us openly and made it clear that he felt no need to engage respectfully. His dishonest practices and blatant disregard for professionalism were appalling. I urge everyone to steer clear of his services. Additionally, he consistently fails to answer phone calls. Complete lack of professionalism and respect. Avoid David McGowan at all costs.
