She is incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, efficient, and always up to date on everything. She makes every banking experience easy and stress free, and we always know we’re in great hands. There is truly no one else we would rather deal with than Toni. She goes above and beyond for her customers, and we are so grateful for all she does. Flagstar is lucky to have her!
- MDMarion DillJun 8, 20262.0You get a 2 because apparently you are intelligent enough to keep on Toni. Why Dennis was let go, I cannot imagine. I have been banking at this branch for over 50 years. I moved away, 9 years ago, but continue to make the 40 minute trip in to this Northern Blvd Little Neck branch solely because of the staff, headed by Dennis & Toni. Over the years, particularly since 2017, There have been several complicated issues that needed extra attention. With patience, expertise, and kindness, Dennis & Toni, helped me navigate the tricky waters of these banking issues. I was in this bank 2 weeks ago. Apparently Toni was on vacation & Dennis had been let go. The staff was cold & seemingly unable to make a simple transition of a matured CD. I was & am Very disappointed!
