- MDMarion DillJun 8, 20262.0You get a 2 because apparently you are intelligent enough to keep on Toni. Why Dennis was let go, I cannot imagine. I have been banking at this branch for over 50 years. I moved away, 9 years ago, but continue to make the 40 minute trip in to this Northern Blvd Little Neck branch solely because of the staff, headed by Dennis & Toni. Over the years, particularly since 2017, There have been several complicated issues that needed extra attention. With patience, expertise, and kindness, Dennis & Toni, helped me navigate the tricky waters of these banking issues. I was in this bank 2 weeks ago. Apparently Toni was on vacation & Dennis had been let go. The staff was cold & seemingly unable to make a simple transition of a matured CD. I was & am Very disappointed!
