From the top (manager) to the rest of the workers (tellers). I refuse to ever go to a different Flagstar Branch. Thank you guys for always making our lives easier.

I tried calling the help desk because I was locked out of my account, and the representative was incredibly rude and acted like I was wasting their time. A bank in 2026 should have a functioning website and a support team that knows how to troubleshoot. This is the worst customer service I’ve experienced in a decade of banking!
